Customers can select pickup locations using Google Maps, save favourite addresses, view current and previous requests, receive booking and status notifications, rate completed services, and manage their profiles.
Registered collection staff can go online, receive assigned pickups, accept or reject requests, contact customers, open navigation, update collection progress, view completed pickup history, and track recorded earnings.
The application supports English and Tamil, along with light and dark display modes.
Pickup requests are reviewed by the operations team. Service availability, customs eligibility, delivery time, and final charges are confirmed separately.
